Coaching Section Update

I tried to make this section more aligned with the real-world needs I've been observing.

My goal was to streamline the analysis process for both coaches and athletes with concrete features:

Responsive Video Workflow: Direct integration via a YouTube link, frame-by-frame control via keyboard (arrow keys / spacebar), and slow motion (0.25x to 1x).

Direct Tagging: A single click is all it takes to note and edit an error on the timeline.

Private Technical Library: The ability to create personal technique cards (name, category, notes, up to 5 images, and external links) that remain 100% confidential.

Areas for Improvement: Quick selection of technical cards to attach directly to the active report.

Save & Share: Automatic saving in "My Reports" and a dual sharing option for the athlete — a structured PDF export or an interactive web link optimized for mobile.

In the end, these needs are fairly common across other sports, so there might be a way to adapt this to other disciplines soon... ;)
