Plan de Communication
A communication plan that fits on a page
A guided canvas in seven headings to write a communication plan that fits on a page, with a consistency check: does each action serve a purpose, each objective measured? Fifteen minutes, without registration, without any data collected.
The problem
Many communication plans are lists of actions renewed from one year to the next, in a thirty-page document that no one reads again. When the management asks what this expense is for, the answer is not written anywhere. It lacked a short format, which requires linking each action to a goal.
What I did
I designed the canvas and its voluntary limits: a maximum of three objectives, an indicator and a target for each, a dozen actions. I wrote the rules of consistency check, drawn the page produced so that it presents itself as it is, then developed and put online the tool alone, with AI as the development team.
The result
An online tool that produces an A4 page ready to present: objectives, audiences, messages, actions by quarter, means. Before printing, it signals actions that serve no purpose, objectives without action or indicator, and forgotten audiences.
What I learned
The constraint does the job: limiting to three objectives forces the arbitrations that a free document allows to avoid. And the most useful alert is the simplest, the one that says that an action serves no purpose. This is often the action that we hold the most.
Autonomy: share of the project built on my own, without a developer. Maturity: progress, from idea to a product people use.

An idea to test, a project to launch?
Let's talk: one message is enough.
