Dose is a mock-up of a customer database that measures what each customer actually receives: emails, text messages, calls and reminders, across every department and every channel. Each record shows a pressure score from 0 to 100, and the tool indicates when to stay quiet, when to say thank you and when the next request can go out.
Autonomy: share of the project built on my own, without a developer. Maturity: progress, from idea to a product people use.
