Ideas, made real
I have been a communications manager for more than ten years. This site gathers what I build alongside my job, and what I learn from it.
My background
My role combines strategy and production, which are often kept apart. I design communication plans, manage the budget and lead a team, while staying hands-on with graphic design and events. Whether the communication is internal or external, the starting question is the same: who are we talking to, and to achieve what.
My approach
I learned to develop by building my own projects, with AI. For a long time, between an idea and its existence, you needed someone else: a developer to convince, a budget to find, weeks of waiting before knowing whether the idea held up. Today, I can build a prototype the day I have the idea. AI does not decide what deserves to exist; that remains my job.
What I am after is making an intuition concrete enough for someone else to see it and click through it. The technique is a means. What matters comes before it: the starting observation, and the bet on what people need.
What you will find here
Communication tools drawn from my practice, multimat.tv, a media outlet I launched and run on my own, and freer explorations. The journal tells what I build week after week.
An idea to test, a project to launch?
Let's talk: one message is enough.
