Unless stated otherwise, the texts, visuals and tools on this site are by Luc Maliar. You may quote them with a link to the original page; for any other use, write to me.

Personal data

The site only stores what you type in yourself: your name, e-mail and message in the contact form or in a request for access to a project, and your e-mail if you leave it when downloading the CV. I use this information only to reply to you. It is neither sold nor shared, and you can ask me to show, correct or delete it from the Contact page. You can also contact the French data protection authority: https://www.cnil.fr

Cookies and local storage

No advertising or tracking cookies. The site only remembers your language (nudg_lang cookie, one year), your light or dark theme (browser local storage) and, if you were given access to an on-request project, a cookie that saves you from asking again.

Audience measurement

An in-house statistics tool, hosted on stat.nudg.cc and cookie-free, counts page views, where they come from, device type, language and country (derived from the time zone). Your IP address is not stored: it is only used to compute an anonymous identifier renewed every day. These statistics are kept for 25 months at most and are not shared with anyone.
